Wow you guys, life has been crazy the past couple weeks. Between out of town visitors and illness, not a lot has been done on TTP. This Friday, however, I'm re-commencing my Friday lunch out to work on it though, so do be looking for a post this weekend. I hope to not only have some pictures for posting but some analyzation as well.
In other somewhat related news, hilarylindler.com is now live on Etsy! The store is hilarylindler.etsy.com and currently hosts misc calligraphic and word art pieces. I hope, in time, to also host my photography there, but a couple of technical factors still need to be worked out before I can make that a reality. The current inventory is small, but I'm adding items every week or so, and have already sold my first piece! There are a couple of potential pieces currently milling around in my head that will use black walnut ink, and I can't wait to get started on them. I've ordered handmade black walnut ink from blindpigpress who is a super nice Canadian seller from Etsy. After hearing him talk about the ink making process, and seeing the passion he had for it, I could not bring myself to buy commercial. I'll let you know what I think when it comes in the mail, but I expect it to be fabulous.
